We like to do a fair number of random-happy-moment inserts here in the LaGory household. Today a good friend (and future co-contributor on this blog) stopped by to pick up her munchkin, Zachary. Suddenly there was an opportunity to insert a random happy moment that was followed by loads of laughter. What was the opportunity you ask? A 'toot'!Jamie and I were admiring the results of my recent "DIY No Sewing Scarves" project (Tutorial coming soon!) when suddenly she squeaked "He tooted!" and pointed directly at the culprit... Logan. With those two dangerous words a LaGory household tradition was initiated: Tickle the Tooter! I immediately scooped Logan up screaming "TICKLE THE TOOTER!!" and proceeded with a few moments of squealing, tickling, and hearty laughter.
I think Jamie was a little taken by surprise with our "Tickle the Tooter" outburst, and she had to ask "So, is this suppose to dissuade him from tooting?" Why, of course not! This is just our way to make sure we get some random fun inserted into even the busiest of days. 15 month olds tend to do a lot of tooting, so I tend to do a lot of tickling and we both do a lot of laughing.
Now that the stories out there: Next time you hear a toot, don't resist the urge to tickle! :)
