I'm Carly, I'm Joe's wife and Logan's mother. I work full time as head of a customer service department with a local moving company. I have the privilege of working most of my hours from home so that I can provide care for Logan. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to start my own business on the side in direct sales and, more recently, this blog. I look forward to sharing all the tips and tricks I've discovered in my life and hear the tips and tricks you've found along the way as well.

Jamie and I have been friends since 2001. I think it was 2004 when we started to joke and banter about having a website together, or working together to design websites for other businesses. We were going to call ourselves We B.S. or some variation, B and S being the initials of our maiden names. The "We" came from a website presentation we did in high school, The instructor complimented us on always using "we" and said that we were a strong team. Ironically B.S. is a widely known acronym for some other term, so we've decided to go with "Living with Joe" instead. Jamie and I both live with a Joe, but don't fret we've checked and they are indeed different Joe's. There are several other areas in which we are similar, and even more in which we differ.

My goal for this blog is to help you by sharing my life lessons. Some of these life lessons that you might find helpful include whether using cloth diapers or disposable diapers will better suite my family. I've learned to do some pretty strange things to make sure we're living within our budget like make homemade cleaning products, and use DIY beauty solutions. I'm also hoping that you'll learn with me while I weigh the pros and cons and make a tough decision: home school VS public school.

My biggest goal in life right now is to capture and keep as many special memories as I can while our son is young. We never know how much time we have left with someone- and unfortunately that includes our children and spouses. When our time together is up I want all of us to know that we made the most of it.

Hi there! I'm Jamie! I'm Joe's wife and Zachary's & Owen's mother. I used to work full time as a nurse, but now I'm a proud SAHM. In 2010, I lost a brother. I want to express how important it is to share your experience with others. I want people to know that they are not alone, and what they are feeling isn't crazy or unusual. I have an amazingly supportive husband, a 6-year-old and <1 son, a 5 year-old mastiff(Carly's dog is his biological brother), and a 2 year-old domestic long haired black cat. I'm working hard to keep up with everyone's needs and schedules. I thought it might be fun to share my household tips for re-using/up-cycling items, as well as my experience with losing a sibling.

Carly and I have been friends for over ten years. I think I may have been her first friend at our school. We may not talk every single day, but there is something wonderful about knowing there is someone close by who would truly never judge. We live about 3 minutes from one another, and like to have mommy's day in (junk food and girl talk)
