Old jars into organizing solutions

Jamie's already talked to you guys about saving those candle jars, let me add save all your jars. Waste not, want not, right? If you don't need them I'll take them!

Step 1: Collect an assortment of jars

Step 2: Remove the labels

Ironic that the peanut butter is shown here on the jelly jar? YES!

Step 3: Decorate
**PICTURES OF MY FINISHED PRODUCTS COMING SOON! :) **

Get creative! Draw designs with your hot glue gun, then paint them with spray paint. Add old hardware to the lids to make handles, and spray paint the lids. Paint the jars on the inside and let the color show through, or just pain the outside. Add ribbon, fabric, pom poms! Go crazy!

Here are some examples from other blogs:

Step 4: Fill with stuff

I mean, you can spring for some boring canisters like these:

Or you can put your flour, sugar, rice, coffee, ect in your adorable recycled jars. Although, if you opt to paint the inside I wouldn't use them for food storage... maybe q-tips or craft supplies.

Step 5: Label

Here are some awesome free printables:

Mod Podge them on, punch a hole and tie on with twine, get inspired and do what you want!
